Bob
Shepard, Managing Director holds a Bachelor of Economics degree
from the Australian National University. He has been involved in
international trade and investment since 1960. Bob's first overseas
business visit was to Iran in 1972. He has long working experience in
many different overseas markets and extensive contacts spanning the
globe. Bob has lived in the Middle East, North America and Europe. He
has worked in Papua New Guinea, Iran, Iraq, Kuwait, Syria, Jordan, the UAE, the Yemen, Oman, Qatar, the former Yugoslavia, Romania, Bulgaria,
Albania, Canada, the USA and China.
While overseas he has had the responsibility for the promotion and
marketing of a very large number of Australian products. He has
considerable depth of knowledge regarding overseas prospects for
products from the motor vehicle industry, the electronics sector, the
agricultural machinery sector, information and communication
industries, education, printing and publishing and food and beverages.
Bob has substantial experience in the development of start-up
businesses, including the establishment of Shepard International Pty
Limited, and founding exporters networks through several Export
“clubs” operating in Adelaide (refer

). He is a skilled negotiator, with extensive networks developed over
many years through Government and the private sector.

Dhirendra
Soral, Consultant, holds MBA degree from Macquarie Graduate School
of Business, Sydney. He has over 15 years of achievements in sales,
marketing and business development working with some of the best
brands in the Indian textile industry. With extensive international
business traveling experience he has a network spanning half the globe
a blend of merchants, agents and customers ranging from Europe to the
Indian Subcontinent, the Middle East to Far East and Latin America to
Africa. In his previous roles he has also identified strategic
partnerships, structured and negotiated joint ventures and managed
their implementation to capitalize upon market opportunities.
A skilled negotiator, apt at identifying industry trends Dhirendra is currently promoting a network of his associates across the globe and is making available to businesses to leverage. His extensive network of contacts in India (and a range of other countries), and his excellent understanding of the Indian market and Industry, can create value for clients. Having worked for over a decade in India he is known in the industry and can traverse through circuitous paths skillfully. To begin with he offers skill sets in the form of physical and intellectual infrastructure that clients can harness and thereby conserving resources for clients. Entry level strategy, customer segmentation, market intelligence, market profiling and fostering alliances that are strategic to new market entrants and a differentiator between “successful stories” and “failed frustrated efforts” can be undertaken through him.
